LePlatt Wedding | Alamosa Wedding Photographer

While it doesn't happen as often as I would like it to, I have shot many of my friends' weddings over the years but this was the first that I have shot for my family. Quinten LePlatt and I are 2nd or 3rd cousins and grew up together in Monte Vista, Colorado in the San Luis Valley. We ran into each other while at an excellent local brewery (Three Barrel Brewing) while I was in town during a ski trip and he asked me to shoot his wedding later that summer. I accepted and over the course of our conversation, I got to meet his, at the time, fianceé Megan and was thrilled to shoot their wedding.
