One of my favorite sunsets I've ever witnessed happened with Rick Louie and I were visiting the west side of the majestic Tetons where I have some family, then right after dinner the sky exploded and we scrambled to find a suitable place to shoot photos. 

Week 2 of my newest series, Versus, and we have a pair of heavy hitters going at it this week. Both photos are from the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, both were taken at sunrise, and both feature silky water below sun-lit peaks.

I met Tia and John through a friend and had a great engagement photo session with them in Rocky Mountain National Park near Estes Park, Colorado last March. One of my favorite engagement sessions that I have had to date, this beautiful couple had some great ideas!

These are my favorite photos that I took in 2014, which features different photos than that I would normally seek out. I think that my growth as a photographer has been greater during years like this than the "all time" conditions we photographers often chase after.
