Few things are as rewarding as the hike to Dream Lake is at sunrise, it’s a short hike from the Bear Lake Trailhead but the way the sunlight hits the peaks above the lake is magical. Better yet, hardly anyone is up there at that time! Which makes this view all the more special to me because I had the lake all to myself for at least an hour as I waited for the sunrise. And since I’m a big fan of puns, you might even say it was a “dream to come true”.
