Last fall I had the distinct pleasure of taking engagement photos for two good friends of mine, one that I lived with for two years back in Gunnison during college. They met here in Boulder while attending a football game between USC and CU on a cold night in December 2013, and they rest is history as they say.

When we planned this shoot, Sarah had requested a ranch or farm setting which I wanted to make work but it's a little hard to do that living in Boulder. I contacted Jacob Springs Farm and Andre was gracious enough to give us access to their property east of Boulder. The weather was perfect for this shoot, and having a ridiculously photogenic couple doesn't hurt either.

This was a great afternoon and evening spent with great friends, and afterward I got to watch the Denver Broncos trounce the Indianapolis Colts for their first win of the season.
