I lived in Gunnison / Crested Butte for 8 years and never once went up to Crested Butte for sunrise over historic Elk Avenue, I was always going to work or trying to hike up to some remote location. This is one of my favorite scenes, the snowy and peaceful Elk Ave. on a cold winter morning, it surreal how quiet and serene town was before the morning rush would begin.
